Returning client, Finchampstead Surgery commissioned us to create 3 x new consulting rooms using the old Pharmacy space. The work involved the building of partition walls and creation of new doorways, the installation IPS units housing wall mounted sinks and taps, the installation of 3 x velux sun tunnels allowing natural light into the rooms, LED light panels, air conditioning and heat recovery system, painting and decorating throughout in Anti-Bacterial Steri-shield paint, new vinyl flooring, fire doors, fire alarm system, examination lamps and privacy curtains. All work was regulated through Building Control.
