Converted Clinical Space from Admin Room: Falkland Surgery, Newbury

November 2022.

The Falkland Surgery asked us to create a clinical room from an existing admin space. This work involved stripping out existing furniture and fittings, installing new electrics to serve an under sink water heater and a Sani-flow waste removal unit, the installation of an IPS unit, decorations in anti-bacterial paint, new LED lighting, the replacement of old door with a 30 minute fire-rated door and the installation of cap and cove vinyl flooring.
